Overview Carolina Bays Homes is hiring a skilled Sunroom Installer to join our production crew. You'll be responsible for installing sunrooms, patio enclosures, and related structures at customer homes, working hands-on from foundation/framing through final finish. Responsibilities Install sunrooms by interpreting construction plans, blueprint reading, and technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and fit. Erect metal building components, including metal studs and framing, using power tools and hand tools efficiently and safely. Occasional management of subcontractor crews for other components of the sunrooms (such as concrete and drywall) Conduct heavy lifting and dimensional measurements with tape measures and other tools to meet exact specifications. Troubleshoot installation issues promptly and perform warranty repairs or adjustments to uphold customer satisfaction. Adhere strictly to safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy materials; maintain a clean and organized job site. Requirements Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately for precise installation work. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment. Understanding of construction plans, dimensional measurements, and technical specifications related to sunroom installation. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate assembly. Construction management experience or background in interpreting technical drawings is a plus. Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site Maintain a clean, safe job site and properly care for tools and equipment We will consider people with various levels of experience from proven construction management to apprentice level as long as you are dedicated to being great and what you do and want to be part of a team that cares about the customer and each other.

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
