Key Responsibilities:

• Complete rack builds from start to finish, including first articles and fixtures
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality
• Troubleshoot and adjust machinery or rack-related issues
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Lead by example and mentor junior welders
• Support continuous improvement, 6S, and safety initiatives

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven welding experience (advanced level): MIG Welding Carbon Steel
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Experience with prototype or custom builds preferred
• Problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and lead others
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
