GoAtlas is looking for accomplished sign fabricators with a craftsman's eye for detail and a passion for exceptional work. Take ownership of our high-end custom signage and special projects, with a focus on precise assembly, thorough preparation, and beautifully executed finishes. What you'll do Fabricate and assemble custom HDU and PVC signs, dimensional letters, monument and architectural signage with close attention to fit, alignment, and detail. Fit and assemble prefabricated metal sign and awning components, preparing them for finishing and final assembly. Clean, sand, fill, smooth, and mask surfaces so every component is properly prepared for primer and paint. Select and use adhesives, epoxies, fillers, and fasteners with a strong understanding of material compatibility, bonding, and cure times. Prime, paint, and finish using the Matthews Paint System, from proper mixing and spray application to clear coats, curing, and final inspection. Interpret drawings, plan assembly, solve fabrication and finish challenges, and carry special projects through to completion with safe, organized work practices. What you'll bring At least five years of professional sign fabrication experience , with proven craftsmanship in high-quality custom signage. Extensive Matthews Paint System expertise is required —both technical knowledge of the system and demonstrated hands-on painting ability. You must be able to produce consistent, professional finishes and troubleshoot defects. Demonstrated skill with HDU, PVC, detailed sign assembly, surface preparation, primers, adhesives, epoxies, and clear coats. The judgment and independence to take ownership of demanding projects, with pride in the details that distinguish exceptional signage. Welding and metal fabrication experience is a plus, but is not required. Show us your work Include your resume and project photos or a portfolio.
