In this role, you will be responsible for installation of seamless gutters, chimney caps that we fabricate ourselves, metal flashing, and standing seam metal roofs. Your expertise will ensure that the work environments operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to the comfort and safety of residential spaces. Responsibilities Understand and learn quickly when presented with new information Install chimney caps, seamless gutters with accessories, and standing seam metal roofing systems Use hand tools such as snips, drills, tape measurer, and specialized equipment for sheet metal fabrication Collaborate with project managers, office management, and shop foreman to ensure timely completion of installations and repairs Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and before/after pictures to upload to the appropriate folders When weather does not permit for field work, the applicant understands that shop fabrication work will be required during business hours. Qualifications Ages 18+ Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently Construction site experience is a plus Applicant must pass a drug screen prior to hiring Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle safely - subject to Insurance Co Approval Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to property maintenance and client interactions We are a family owned business of 20+ years.
