You will play a vital role in building, installing, and maintaining structural frameworks for commercial properties, utilizing both metal and wood materials. By applying your technical skills to these large-scale developments, you will help ensure that every phase of the project meets high standards of precision and safety. This role provides a dynamic environment where you can refine your craft while contributing to high-quality construction outcomes. Core Responsibilities Assemble metal building structures and install key components by strictly following technical blueprints and design specifications Utilize hand tools, power equipment, and heavy machinery with a focus on operational safety and efficiency Verify dimensions using measuring devices to guarantee that all framing elements are accurately aligned and fitted Demonstrate a strong background in commercial framing, metal structure assembly, or comparable construction disciplines Apply expertise in operating power and hand tools, alongside proficiency in carpentry techniques such as woodworking and trim work Maintain a comprehensive understanding of site safety regulations and standard construction management workflows Support the team by safely handling heavy materials while ensuring meticulous attention to detail during demanding tasks Utilize fundamental math skills to calculate framing layouts, interpret construction plans, and perform accurate measurements
