We are hiring Welders and Fabrication Helpers across multiple experience levels to support our fabrication shop. • Helpers / Fitters Welder Responsibilities (All Levels):
• Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Develop and follow cut lists based on drawings
• Perform fabrication and fitting of structural and custom components
• Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality welds in accordance with company standards
• Assist in training and directing helpers (depending on level)

Welder Skill Levels:

Specialty Welder

• Advanced fabrication and fitting skills
• High proficiency in GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes
• Experience welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Ability to lead and direct helpers Senior Structural Welder
• Advanced fabrication and fitting skills
• Strong proficiency in GMAW and FCAW
• Ability to lead and direct multiple helpers Structural Welder
• General fabrication and fitting skills
• Proficient in GMAW and FCAW
• Ability to direct a helper Sheet Metal /

Finish Technician Responsibilities:

• Operate semi-automatic bandsaw based on cut lists
• Perform grinding, cutting, fitting, and material prep
• Assist with press brake operations (feeding, trimming, sorting)
• Install architectural trim, hang doors, and apply caulking/sealing
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area Helper /

Fitter Responsibilities:

• Assist welders and foremen with daily fabrication tasks
• Perform cutting operations using bandsaw
• Support shop activities including grinding, fitting, cleaning, and material handling
• Maintain shop organization and assist with material sorting

Qualifications:

• Experience in fabrication or welding preferred (level-dependent)
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings (preferred for welders)
• Familiarity with hand tools and shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fabrication shop environment (noise, heat, etc.

)

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
• Must be authorized to work in the
