Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. Be able to work 4-10s. Pay is weekly. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and installing various structural metal products according to specifications.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of systems.
- Cut, fit, and assemble metal components to construct pipelines and other structures.
- Utilize hand tools and welding equipment
- Inspect structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform pipe threading and make necessary adjustments for proper fit.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in FCAW and Stick welding techniques.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in metal fabrication.
- Experience in pipeline construction, and structural assembly.
- Ability to assemble components accurately according to specifications.
