Cavity Patrol Pediatric Dentistry is a fast-paced, high-performing pediatric dental office looking for an exceptional Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA/RDA) who thrives in an energetic, team-focused environment. We are building a strong "A-player" team focused on delivering excellent pediatric dental care while creating a positive, stress-free experience for children and families.

Who Thrives Here Our strongest team members are: High-energy and positive Strong communicators with parents and teammates Quick thinkers who anticipate needs Detail-oriented while still efficient Team players with leadership potential Adaptable in a busy, fast-moving environment Focused on creating an exceptional patient experience Responsibilities Assist doctors chairside in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment Perform expanded functions including: Coronal polishing Sealants Nitrous oxide monitoring Digital radiographs Maintain efficient workflow between operatories Support hygiene and restorative procedures Communicate confidently and professionally with parents Help create a fun, positive, kid-friendly atmosphere Contribute to daily production, teamwork, and office efficiency Maintain cleanliness, organization, and clinical standards Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
REQUIRED
Active Texas RDA license
REQUIRED
Graduated from an IN-PERSON/live RDA training program (not online-only) Current BLS certification
REQUIRED
