  • Structural Mechanic
  • . This is an opportunity to bring your aircraft structural assembly skills to a team-oriented production environment where precision, craftsmanship, safety, and quality are critical.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Perform structural assembly, fitting, drilling, riveting, and sheet metal fabrication and installation.

+ Use pneumatic drills, riveting guns, countersinks, rivet shavers, files, reamers, and other required tools.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets.

+ Align and assemble components using jigs, fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners.

+ Shape and form complex angles and configurations to blueprint specifications.

+ Inspect completed work and correct defects before final inspection.

+ Perform repairs and rework using DMTs, MRRs, and PCOs.

+ Maintain required production logs and records.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting 5S and Lean initiatives.

+ Properly use and maintain company tools and equipment.

+ Communicate job-related information across shifts and with leadership.

+ Work with minimal supervision while following established procedures and safety requirements. Required Qualifications +

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • + •2 years of related structural assembly experience required.
  • + Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Basic computer and shop math skills.

+ Ability to read a scale and perform basic calculations.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands-on craft skills.

+ Professional attitude and ability to work effectively on a team.

+ Ability to work with composite resins and materials.

+ Must be available to work any shift.

+ Ability to climb ladders, stands, and stairs; work in confined or restricted areas; and lift up to
