This role supports our entire brand portfolio, including our primary turnkey business, Architectural Fabrication . Position Summary The purpose of this position is to provide necessary support to the Fabrication shop in the form of assembling metal structures by welding, cutting, and shaping material. You will be essential in providing support to the Fabrication shop from preparation to the completion of jobs, ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality and detail. Key Responsibilities Read and properly interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment using appropriate methods based on material requirements. Identify and correct design issues that may affect the quality or strength of the product. Safely operate power hand tools and stationary equipment such as angle grinders, sanders, and miter saws. Ensure all items are correctly identified, labeled, and staged for appropriate departments. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of fabricated products to support production needs. Keep the work area clean, maintain a safe work environment, and properly wear required PPE. Adherence to Architectural Fabrication's safety policies and procedures are a requirement of employment and continued employment. Required Qualifications & Experience Professional Certification and OSHA 30 Certification required. Ability to pass a welding certification and operate a forklift. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in reading a tape measure to the nearest 1/16th of an inch.Benefits Insurance:
