Overview We are urgently seeking skilled Iron Workers and Structural Welders to join our dynamic construction team on immediate projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale structural steel installations, metal fabrication, and assembly tasks across diverse construction sites. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in metal fabrication, welding techniques, and blueprint interpretation, contributing to high-quality, safe, and efficient project completion. All positions are paid, ensuring your expertise is recognized and valued from day one. Duties Interpret detailed mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to guide fabrication and assembly processes Perform structural welding using various techniques including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas), and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding standards in accordance with AWS (American Welding Society) guidelines Measure and mark metal materials accurately using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math to ensure precise fabrication Operate power tools, plasma cutters, and hand tools safely for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components Fabricate, install, and assemble structural steel components on-site following safety protocols and technical specifications Use cranes and other lifting equipment to position heavy steel structures safely during installation Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety standards at all times Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on metal fabrication or structural steel work Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and mechanical blueprint interpretation Skilled in various welding techniques including

FCAW, MIG
