We build breaching doors and tactical training systems for federal, state, and international clients. This is high-skill, custom fabrication work — not production welding. If your experience is primarily welding from prints with step-by-step direction, this is not the right role.

Do NOT apply unless you can confidently say: You can fabricate complete assemblies without supervision You can reverse engineer parts from an existing object using measurements You understand fit, function, and mechanical interaction — not just weld placement You can problem-solve in real time without waiting for instructions This Role Requires 5+ years hands-on metal fabrication (not just welding) Ability to work from prints OR no prints at all Strong layout, measuring, and build sequencing skills Clean, structurally sound MIG/TIG welding Ability to take a concept and turn it into a finished product

You Will NOT Succeed Here If You:

Need constant direction or supervision Only know how to weld pre-cut or pre-fit parts Struggle to visualize how something should be built Cannot troubleshoot or adapt mid-build What You'll Actually Do Build custom breaching systems from raw material to final assembly Reverse engineer and replicate existing designs Solve fabrication challenges daily Work in a fast-moving shop where thinking matters as much as skill
