In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and securing steel structures on various construction sites. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, precision, and efficiency of our projects, contributing to the successful completion of large-scale building frameworks. Responsibilities Erect and install steel frameworks, beams, columns, and other structural components according to blueprints and technical drawings Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively during construction activities Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and installation Perform rebar installation, metal stud framing, drywall hanging, and other related tasks as needed on-site Assist with concrete forming, finishing, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work to support overall project goals Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to verify proper fit and alignment of structural elements Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate activities, maintain safety standards, and meet project deadlines Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on metal building erection or structural steel installation Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for various construction components Hands-on experience with welding, rebar installation, framing carpentry (including trim carpentry), siding, drywall, and remodeling projects Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in a construction environment Knowledge of basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during assembly processes Proficiency with hand tools such as tape measures, hammers, wrenches, drills; familiarity with power tools is essential Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, working at heights, and operating machinery Join us if you're eager to build impressive structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
