TMS is currently looking for a Hand Lancer/Burner at our Jewett, TX location.
Schedule:
Rotating 8-12hr shifts / Nights and Weekends included
Pay:
$16 - $18 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience using a torch to cut in an industrialized setting strongly preferred.
This job entails using a five foot long torch to cut large unprocessed metal down too three foot pieces.
Conscientious, safety oriented work habits
Evidence of a steady work history
To work in a hot environment for long periods of time while wearing several layers of fire protective clothing and other Personal Protective Equipment "PPE" including hard hat, face shield, and leather gloves.
Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
Ability to work rotating 8 to 12 hr. shifts, Nights and Weekends included Benefits Medical, Dental, Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance after 90 days
