This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes initiative, and takes pride in producing quality work every day.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of structural steel fitting experience Strong ability to read and interpret structural steel prints Highly skilled with an oxy-acetylene torch Proficient at tacking with stick rod (SMAW) Ability to lay out, fit, and assemble structural steel accurately with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team-first mindset
