• All positions are full-time and offer stable employment.

Job Duties:

• Cut beef or quarters into primal cuts for further processing, packaging, or wholesale distribution.
• Debone and prepare meat cuts for institutional, commercial, or wholesale use.

Requirements & Benefits:

• Must be able to wear required PPE, including a hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and mesh safety equipment provided by STX Beef.
• Competitive pay starting at $20/hour, with weekly incentives that can increase pay up to $22/hour.
• Temporary housing provided for two weeks. Employees must be willing to permanently relocate within one month of the hire date.
• Stable schedule: 8+ hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Day shift only.
