In this Steel Detailer opportunity, you'll help support a dedicated skid fabrication operation and produce shop-ready structural and mechanical drawings that keep critical work moving from design to fabrication. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Steel Detailer position include: 3-5 years of steel detailing experience Prepare steel detail drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication packages from client design documents Interpret structural steel drawings, fabrication requirements, weld symbols, and related project specifications Coordinate drawing revisions, RFIs, and updates with internal teams and ownership Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, materials, and fabrication feasibility Support fabrication teams by producing clear, accurate, shop-ready drawings Track drawing updates, quantities, revisions, and related project documentation Proficiency with AutoCAD and Autodesk software; Tekla/SDS2 experience preferred; ASa Rebar software highly desired
Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
