Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Metal Framer and become a vital part of building durable, high-quality structures. In this role, you will be responsible for erecting metal frameworks, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precise assembly of metal components. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential projects. Responsibilities Erect metal building frameworks following detailed construction plans and blueprints Install rebar and prepare concrete forms to support structural integrity Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble metal components Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately Perform welding, siding installation, and trim carpentry as needed for framing projects Conduct dimensional measurements with tape measures and other hand tools to ensure precise fitment Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and safety protocols Experience Proven experience in metal building erection, framing, or related construction roles Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans Hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and masonry work Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation on construction sites Knowledge of welding techniques, siding installation, plastering, stucco application, and remodeling processes Strong foundation in basic math skills for measurements and calculations required on-site Prior construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship builds the future!
