This role is critical to keeping operations running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on structural steel and mill equipment Repair, fabricate, and rebuild heavy industrial components Read blueprints and welding symbols Assist with equipment installation and maintenance projects Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and hot work protocols What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial welding experience (steel mill or manufacturing preferred) Ability to pass a welding test Experience working in high-heat, heavy industrial environments Strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude Why Join Us Stable, full-time opportunity Benefits package after 90 day probation period (including no premium health insurance for the employee) Team-oriented environment Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
