Position Summary As a Field Technician , you will assist Construction Managers with daily site operations, minor repairs, punch list completion, and maintaining organized job sites. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Support Construction Managers with daily job site activities Perform basic repairs including caulking, patching, touch-up painting, and adjustments Assist with punch list items and final walk-through preparation Maintain job site cleanliness and organization Deliver materials and assist with minor inventory tasks Help coordinate subcontractor scheduling as needed Follow all company safety procedures Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Qualifications Interest in residential construction Strong work ethics and willingness to learn Basic handyman or repair skills preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and work outdoors Must be punctual and dependable Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Must live within a 30-45-minute commute of the El Paso area Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Hourly pay: $15-$17 per hour , depending on experience Paid time off Paid holidays On-the-job training Opportunity for advancement Stable, team-oriented work environment
