If you're a hands-on leader who values safety, productivity, and building successful crews, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Supervise scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling crews. Plan daily work activities and coordinate with project management. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and enforce OSHA and company standards. Read and interpret scaffold drawings and layout plans. Onboard scaffold erectors and laborers. Complete daily reports and material tracking. Communicate professionally with contractors and site contacts Driver required Qualifications 3+ years of scaffolding experience. Previous Foreman or Lead Scaffold Builder experience preferred. Knowledge of system scaffoling Ability to read scaffold drawings and perform layout. OSHA safety knowledge required (OSHA 10 required before work can begin). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work at heights and lift 75+ pounds. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
