Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Metal Framer/Drywall Hanger, where you will play a vital role in bringing building projects to life with precision and expertise. You will be an essential part of a collaborative crew dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. Whether you're experienced in metal building erection, concrete forming, or masonry, this role provides a platform to showcase your talents and grow within the construction industry. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install metal framing components such as studs, tracks, and framing systems according to blueprints and schematics Hang drywall panels with precision to ensure smooth finishes on walls and ceilings Assist with metal building erection projects by installing structural steel frameworks and supporting components Perform rebar installation and concrete forming tasks when required for structural support Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure framing materials Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure safety standards are met Conduct finishing work including plastering, stucco application, siding installation, and trim carpentry as needed Operate heavy equipment or assist with roofing, masonry, or restoration tasks to support project completion Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper posture and adherence to safety protocols Skills Proven experience in metal building erection, drywall hanging, or frame carpentry within construction sites Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to metal framing and drywall projects Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, screw guns), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and heavy equipment when necessary Familiarity with construction management practices and safety procedures on active job sites Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during installation tasks Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, siding, or stucco is a plus Competence in welding or metal stud framing adds valuable versatility to your skill set Excellent teamwork skills combined with strong attention to detail for high-quality craftsmanship Join us in building durable structures that stand the test of time!
