Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dependable Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with various metals, can read and interpret fabrication drawings, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Responsibilities Perform MIG or TIG welding as required. Assemble complex parts with high accuracy Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements. Measure, cut, bend, fit, and fabricate metal components. Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, grinders, drills, and welding equipment. Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Perform routine maintenance and safely operate shop equipment. Work collaboratively with other fabricators, welders, and production staff. Qualifications Previous experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related trade. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings. Strong measurement and basic mathematical skills. Familiarity with common hand and power tools. Ability to safely lift and handle materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
