Summary We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation as a premier vehicle retailer. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle conditions accurately. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns professionally. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques. Familiarity with GM vehicles. Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
