Job Description

EastCoast Builders is seeking a skilled Millwork Journeyman to play a key role in our field operations, ensuring that projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and with superior craftsmanship. This position requires expertise in custom joinery, advanced assembly, and blueprint interpretations. Prior experience working on high-end commercial millwork projects preferred. Experience leading small project teams or mentoring junior installers is a plus. Key Responsibilities Execute complex millwork installations, including cabinetry, moldings, paneling, and custom joinery installations. Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations. Lead small teams or oversee portions of larger projects to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Regularly inspect tools, equipment, and work areas, reporting any safety hazards or maintenance needs. Perform self-inspections on completed work to ensure precise alignments, smooth finishes, and structural integrity. Lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 pounds.
