Trade in the typical 9-to-5 grind for the spark and excitement of our swing shift manufacturing team. As our Fitter, you won't just be joining an assembly line-you'll be the master architect, responsible for meticulously tack welding minor piece marks into rock-solid structural assemblies, using detailed shop drawings as your blueprint for brilliance. You're the one who makes the steel sing! This is a full-time position that comes with a fantastic, compressed Monday through Thursday (4/10) schedule, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. We pay what you're worth, offering a competitive range of $21.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on your experience.Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently fabricate assemblies by tack welding minor piece marks into final position, following IFF shop drawings to the letter. The Master of theMachine:
Safely pilot welders, overhead cranes, and wield various small tools like a pro.The Quality Guardian:
Keep lines of communication open and tag in Quality Assurance (QA) immediately if any drawing conflicts or questions arise, we hold the line on strict quality standards. ...The Communicator:
