Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator $1,500
Sign-On Bonus Travel:

$1,500 sign-on bonus (paid in installments) A reputable and growing orthodontic practice is seeking a highly experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This confidential opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused, fast-paced environment and is confident presenting treatment and financial plans. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing orthodontic patients. Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans and payment options. Coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and financial agreements. Build rapport and trust with patients to support treatment acceptance. Work closely with clinical and administrative team members across two locations. Maintain accurate documentation and manage follow-ups to ensure continuity of care. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental role (required). Strong understanding of orthodontic services, including braces, aligners, and retainers. Proven ability to present treatment and financial plans with professionalism and clarity. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Experience with dental/ortho software systems. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between two locations.
