  • Are you a skilled Pharmacy Technician with a passion for compounding personalized medications? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at Union Avenue Compounding Pharmacy and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Position:
    Compounding Pharmacy Technician
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1.
  • Compounding Expertise preferred but not required:
  • Utilize your compounding skills to prepare customized medications based on patient-specific prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and precision. 2.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Adhere to stringent quality control measures to guarantee the safety, efficacy, and potency of compounded medications. Stay updated on compounding regulations and industry standards, ensuring the pharmacy's adherence to all relevant guidelines. 3.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with pharmacists and team to understand unique patient needs and customize medications accordingly. 4.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain meticulous records of compounding activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines. 6.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor compounding supplies, place orders, and assist in maintaining an organized compounding workspace.
  • Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT):
  • Required.
  • Attention to
Detail:
  • Strong focus on precision and accuracy in compounding activities.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Effective communication with both patients, customers, co-workers and healthcare professionals.
  • Team Player:
