This is not a production welding role, we need someone who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and creating quality work across a variety of custom projects.

What You'll Do:

Weld and fabricate using a variety of metals including steel, stainless, and aluminum Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Work independently and with a team to complete custom fabrication projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate tools and machinery related to metal fabrication

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques Ability to work on one-off and custom pieces (not mass production) Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with CNC plasma, press brakes, or other fabrication equipment Carpentry skills or a background working with wood A mechanically inclined mindset, someone who enjoys building, fixing, and figuring things out Welding certifications Qualifications A Fabrication Technician must work as a team and be able to perform all the duties listed above. Preferably having 2 yrs. of fabrication experience or recently graduated and took a minimum of two years of welding courses in school. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to follow directions. Be able to lift 20 lbs, work at various heights and on ladders, hold a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
