Job Summary Safely and efficiently operate related equipment to produce quality mattresses and foundations. What You'll Do Safely operate pneumatic tools, machinery, hand tools, and other equipment to build high-quality finished products Inspect materials and foundations to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail Maintain a clean and safe work environment Manage inventory What You Bring 18+ years old Great communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Capable of operating pneumatic tools, machinery, and simple hand tools Ability to lift up to 100lbs and enjoy an active work environment Benefits and Perks $18+/hour starting based on experience Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 1st Shift work (6am-4pm)
