We are looking to add a 1st shift Paint Prep Technician to our Powder Division! Position Overview:

Prepare products for liquid paint coating Identify, locate and setup parts to be processed Blow off sand or debris Wash products using a power washer Use electric hand-held sanders and tools when needed Move pallets and parts between wash and powder/liquid coating line Operate a forklift Every employee is expected to: Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting and documentation of quality control and material movement Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping Perform self-inspection and other required quality control functions at the employee's workstation Perform required Preventive Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated Adhere to all Scott's safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Lifting Requirements:

Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices are available and recommended.

Schedule:

•Four 10-hour days

•1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
