Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling metal components and structures according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
Schedule :
2:30pm-11:00pm, OT available. $3/hour shift premium for 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. Assemble metal parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Conduct inspections of finished products for quality assurance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and environmental regulations. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related issues. Document assembly process and maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on tasks. Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal fabrication is a plus. Proven experience in metal assembly or fabrication preferred. Proficiency in using hand and power tools used in metalwork. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

Paid Holidays :
You will receive 10 paid holidays each year, effective the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. 401(k)
Retirement Plan :
You will be eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan starting on the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment.
PTO :
80 (2 weeks) hours of PTO, accrued annually.
