WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

~ Skilled (2nd Shift) MIG Welders who takes pride in their craftsmanship and consistently produces high-quality welds. Someone who can read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to accurately complete jobs to specifications. A detail-oriented team player who works efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Someone with strong attention to detail who can inspect their own work, identify defects, and make necessary adjustments. A reliable and safety-minded individual who follows proper welding procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety practices. A hands-on problem solver who can troubleshoot welding issues, adjust equipment and settings, and find solutions to keep production moving. Someone who works well in a team environment and communicates effectively with coworkers, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals. A motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow their welding skills while contributing to the success of the overall production team.

SHIFT HOURS

~ 4 10's Schedule Monday - Thursday 3:45pm - 2:15am (with occasional OT on Fridays) $1.00 Shift Premium Training for this role, must take place on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 2nd.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

~ Blueprint & Technical Interpretation Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications Apply knowledge of weld symbols and tolerances to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards Fabrication & Assembly Assemble metal components and structures according to design and quality requirements Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum of varying thicknesses Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Quality & Precision Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments Verify finished products meet or exceed quality standards and industry codes Identify weld defects and perform corrective actions to ensure high-quality output Equipment & Maintenance Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition Perform basic upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery Workplace Organization & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work safely around heat, fumes, compressed gases, and other industrial hazards

QUALIFICATIONS

~ High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of MIG welding experience (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum preferred) Experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred Strong understanding of blueprints, tolerances, and weld symbols Experience in an

ISO 9001

environment is a plus Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills
