Gutter Installer Reports To:

Lead Fabricator Duties:

Install gutter systems including aluminum, steel, and specialty materials on residential and commercial properties Measure, cut, and assemble gutter components to precise specifications Operate fabrication equipment (brake, shear, roll former) Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from job sites Ensure proper pitch, alignment, and secure fastening of gutter systems for optimal drainage Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance on existing gutter systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both shop and field settings Follow company safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and proper use of PPE at all times Collaborate with roofing crews and project managers to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction Track materials used and communicate inventory needs to supervisors Assist with general shop duties, including equipment maintenance and workflow support Needed Skills/Abilities/Requirements High school diploma or GED certificate. Have a valid drivers license. Construction experience (preferred). Be able to climb and work off a ladder and access a roof if necessary. Physical stamina. Skilled with power and hand tools. Eye for detail. Good communication skills, work well with others
