Do you enjoy putting things together with precision, reading blueprints, and making accurate measurements? Are you comfortable with drills, impact wrenches, rivet guns, and other shop tools? If so, you could be a great fit as a Precision Assembly Specialist working across our Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead, Wisconsin facilities on the Assembler I track. What You'll Do Follow production documentation and drawings to assemble parts and subassemblies. Fasten components securely using bolts, screws, rivets, and additional hardware. Lay out measurements from blueprints; drill through aluminum, steel, and wood; and prep metal surfaces for assembly. Use hand and power tools—drills, impact wrenches, rivet/Huck guns, grinders, sanders, routers—to complete assigned tasks. Conduct quality checks as you go, maintain a clean, safe work area, and contribute to team goals. Demonstrate dependable attendance and support scheduled overtime, including Fridays when required. Skills & Traits We Value Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, mechanical work, or assembly (preferred). Comfort with hand and power tools and the ability to keep a consistent production rhythm. Accurate tape measure reading and solid basic math skills. Blueprint reading capability—or the drive to learn it quickly. Mechanical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a quality mindset. Teamwork, clear communication, and reliable attendance. Willingness to work Friday overtime as needed.
