CR&O STRUCTURES TECHNICIANS
in
BRIDGEPORT, WV
Responsibilities:
As a CR&O Structures Technician, you will be required to: Fabricate and or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts. Perform minor/major structural repairs. Assist in conducting hidden damage inspection of aircraft structure components. Assist with complex structural repairs. Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations as required. Assist in providing time estimates as required. Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of structural sheet metal repair / modification experience or substantiated similar experience. Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings. Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or component status. Delegated Inspector qualifications preferred. Certified Welder qualifications preferred. Demonstrated ability to train other employees. Possess Sheet metal tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory & control of tools. Ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required. Ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled workdays and holidays. You have basic PC skills. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Shift Hours:
Day shift - Monday through to Friday - Overtime is available. Essential Job Functions Must be able to work as a part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter, able to work with little to no guidance. Must be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task. Must be computer proficient.
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
Work Environment:
Ability to work in confined spaces. FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
