Duties Erect and assemble metal building frameworks, including steel framing, siding, roofing, and trim using hand tools and power tools. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of structural elements. Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing tasks as needed on construction sites. Read measurements accurately using tape measures and perform dimensional measurements to ensure precise fitting of materials. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks consistently while maintaining safety standards across all activities. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. IS MANDATORY.

Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and the operation of hand tools, power tools.. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills combined with good communication abilities to coordinate effectively on busy job sites. Basic math skills and proficiency with measuring tools such as tape measures are necessary for precise work.

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
