Full-Time | Day Shift | Competitive Pay (DOE) Craftco, a locally owned and operated metal fabrication and custom manufacturing company in Sheridan, WY, is seeking a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality custom work for industrial, commercial, and residential projects—and we take pride in doing things right.

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols Perform MIG, Pulse, Dual Shield, and TIG welding on a variety of metals (steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.) Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components to specifications Operate shop tools and equipment including grinders, plasma cutters, saws, and presses Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a welder/fabricator (2+ years preferred) Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding (certification a plus but not required) Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Valid driver's license required
