The position will include landscape design and implementation, assisting with management of the company, and working closely with owners, project managers, leads, and clients. We are looking for a personable, creative, enthusiastic, team-oriented person with strong organizational and management skills. Candidate should have a strong interest in detailed residential landscape design and construction.

Responsibilities include:

• Landscape design (in collaboration with lead designer/owner) and oversight of design implementation during installation.
• Oversight of daily, weekly, and long-term schedule (working closely with leads and project managers and coordinating with clients).
• Track completion of tasks on all jobs to effectively schedule daily work.
• Preparation of sketches and drawn plans of landscape designs.
• Update and maintain current job calendar.
• Client communication (verbal and written).
• Final review of projects to ensure all work is completed and clients are satisfied with the final product.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing a landscaping or construction company.
• Extensive experience in landscape design and installation.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Calendar)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) with staff, owners, and clients.
• Professional work habits, well organized, efficient deadline management, and task delegation.
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license, Clean DMV record, ability to drive company vehicles An interest in the business and a strong motivation to learn is essential.

Benefits Starting pay range:

$42 to $46 per hour depending on experience (salary is negotiable). Potential to advance quickly in responsibility and compensation.
