The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Caltrans's evolving telework policy. The selected candidate will be required to commute to the headquartered location as needed to meet operational needs. Business travel may be required, and reimbursement considers an employee's designated headquartered location, primary residence, and may be subject to CalHR regulations or applicable bargaining unit contract provisions. What experience and qualities do you possess that will add value to the Division of Design and the Landscape Architecture Program? Give examples that describe your ability to analyze complex issues and help to implement strategic goals under tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
