Position Overview:

Located in the heart of the South Pearl Historic District, Sage Design Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Project/Production Manager candidate to join our team. We are a boutique land planning, entitlement, and landscape architecture firm that specializes in master planned communities. Our work involves site planning, park design, amenity center design, planting/mulching design and construction administration. We also have commercial and municipal projects in the Denver Metro area. We value client relationships and are focused on maintaining those relationships. Our office is a collaborative studio environment for designing and production that puts client needs first.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and provide guidance to staff for production of conceptual graphics, construction drawings and construction administration. Assist Principals in site planning and amenity design. Prepare construction documentation and details. Collaborate with senior designers, engineers, architects, and municipalities to coordinate project requirements. Participate in site visits and assist with observation during construction phases (as needed).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design. 7-10 years of relevant experience (three years as project manager minimum). Competency with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp / 3D modeling preferred). Good communication skills — able to coordinate with team members, present ideas, and collaborate. Colorado licensure preferred, but not required.
