We are seeking an experience and motivated Senior Landscape Architect to lead complex municipal and public-sector projects from concept through construction. This role provides technical and design leadership, manages project teams, oversees budgets and schedules, and serves as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The Senior Landscape Architect also plays a key role in mentoring staff, shaping design standards, and contributing to the firm's long-term growth and reputation. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex, high-visibility municipal projects Oversee and approve design concepts, construction documents, and technical deliverables Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and resources to ensure successful outcomes Serve as the primary client liaison, presenting design solutions and managing feedback Mentor and supervise Landscape Architects, junior staff, and design team members Coordinate with engineers, planners, contractors, and regulatory agencies Conduct site visits to support construction administration and ensure design intent Contribute to design standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
