Position Overview:

We are seeking a Landscape Designer Tech with a strong design eye with preferably 1+ years of professional experience to join our studio. This role is ideal for a designer who values thoughtful, well-executed work and thrives in a collaborative, design-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine landscape design concepts for high-end residential projects Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations and polished construction document sets for client, city and HOA submittals Collaborate closely with team members throughout the design process Drive project success by contributing innovative and creative solutions Shape design development through active involvement in material selection and spacial planning Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline Working knowledge of SketchUp & Layout Strong design foundation with a focus on spatial harmony, structure, materiality and visual balance Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented Passionate about residential outdoor design and the built environment
