Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and innovative Landscape Architect to join our Luxury Design Team to oversee Project Management.

Duties:

Develop comprehensive Landscape Designs using software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with recent releases of Sketchup, Rhino, Autodesk Revit are beneficial. Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients. Oversee Project development through all phases—from conceptual design and design development to construction documentation. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors on Project execution.

Qualifications:

Landscape Architecture License with 6-10 years of professional experience Proven work experience in Luxury Residential Landscape Architecture in South Florida. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), 3D modeling software (Rhino 3D), GIS tools (ArcView, ArcGIS), and Adobe Creative Suite for rendering and graphic presentations Strong Project Management skills, attention to detail with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
