SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design from an accredited program Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Lumion or D5, Land F/X and Microsoft Office 3-5 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture office Project Management skills, as well as strong communication and leadership skills Strong background in managing High-end residential and commercial landscape projects Knowledge of South Florida and subtropical plant material would be great Positive attitude, strong organization skills, detail oriented and self-motivated Valid driver's license and the ability to arrive promptly in the morning and stay as required based on workload and project timeframes

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with the production and coordination of all design and technical deliverables across multiple landscape architecture projects Development and preparation of design presentations, including colored plan renderings, elevations, and photo image boards to effectively communicate design intent Development and preparation of construction documents and permit drawings, including hardscape plans, planting plans, lighting plans, irrigation plans, and construction details Performing site visits, managing construction administration tasks, and coordinating closely with clients, consultants and allied disciplines to ensure design quality and project success Qualified and interested candidates should submit a PDF with the following information.
