Landscape Lighting Design & Project Manager Sarasota, Florida (Travel Required) Festive Lighting Pros is looking for an experienced Landscape Lighting Design & Project Manager to lead high-end commercial and residential landscape lighting projects from concept to completion. This is a premier role for someone with a proven track record designing large-scale lighting systems, creating detailed project estimates, and managing installation teams to deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do Design premium landscape lighting systems for large commercial and residential projects. Create detailed, multi-phase project estimates and installation plans. Manage projects from initial consultation through final installation and completion. Lead and coordinate installation crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Conduct site visits, client consultations, and project walkthroughs. Travel as needed to support premier projects, including design, estimating, and installation oversight. Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout each project. What We're Looking For Multiple years of experience managing large-scale landscape lighting projects. Experience with both commercial and residential installations. Strong knowledge of creating multi-step estimates and installation plans. Proven experience leading and managing installation teams. Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to travel for larger projects as needed. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
