Job Purpose:

As a Pool Designer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their pool buying journey. Your primary responsibilities include setting appointments, meeting with potential customers, utilizing professional pool design software, and presenting compelling designs and bids. You will be the face of our company, representing our core values while exceeding customer expectations and contributing to the company's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design Consultation:

Meet with customers to explain the features and merits of pool ownership. Utilize the sales manual and training for effective communication during consultations.

Design and Recommendation:

Assess customer needs and expectations to recommend personalized backyard pool designs. Utilize professional pool design software or hand-drawn designs for presentation.

Follow-Up:

Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Design Presentation:

Present the company, showcase differentiators, and explain the pool construction process using the provided presentation binder.

Sales Commitment:

Gain commitment for swimming pool and related backyard construction projects.

Marketing Participation:

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, home shows, and telemarketing events as requested.

Meetings and Job Phases:

Attend weekly virtual or in person construction and sales meetings. Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Concrete Shooting(for Gunite) to guide customers and construction managers through job phases.

Customer Updates:

Contact customers weekly to provide general updates on the status of their job with nonspecific timelines.

Referral Relationships:

Build and maintain referral relationships to expand our customer base.

Exceed Customer Expectations:

Always under promise and over deliver to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pool or construction industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in pool design software (e.g., Pool Studio) or ability to create professional CAD designs. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese preferred
