What You'll Do Project Leadership Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration, guiding successful project delivery while maintaining design quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Team Leadership Manage and mentor project teams, coordinate project efforts, and foster a collaborative, accountable studio culture. Client & Consultant Relationships Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful coordination, and responsive project management. Design Leadership Lead the design vision and execution of creative, technically sound, and buildable landscape architecture projects that reflect Ironwood's commitment to exceptional design and placemaking. Firm Growth Play an active role in the continued success of the firm through exceptional client service, repeat business, professional engagement, and collaboration with firm leadership.
Qualifications:

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program. 5-7 years of professional experience preferred. Licensed Landscape Architect or actively pursuing licensure. Experience leading projects through multiple phases of design and construction. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. Strong understanding of construction documentation and project delivery. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
