Job Description
Overview Join our landscape team as a Landscape Designer/Sales/Support professional! This exciting role combines creative landscape architecture with client engagement, project coordination, and technical expertise. You will be instrumental in developing innovative, sustainable outdoor spaces that inspire and delight. Support for both designers and helping to produce estimates and field support. Will pay salary based off experience. Duties Develop comprehensive landscape designs and proposal. Execute design changes Prepare construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and estimates for hardscape features like patios, pathways, retaining walls, and lighting. Support sales activities by engaging with clients to understand their vision. Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors to ensure seamless project execution from inception through installation. Conduct site visits for landscape maintenance assessments, construction progress reviews, and client consultations to ensure quality standards are met. Skills Familiarity with software including AutoCAD, Dynascape and SketchUp for accurate drafting and 3D modeling. Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for rendering and presentation purposes. Ability to produce freehand sketches, hand-drawn illustrations, and professional art or design renderings that effectively communicate ideas. Familiarity with landscape architecture standards, sustainable design practices, and project management methodologies. Excellent client communication skills to understand needs clearly and present ideas confidently while maintaining professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
