Job Description

Calvin Landscape is seeking a driven, high-performing Landscape Sales Consultant with strong design capabilities to fuel our business growth. This is a primary revenue-generating role for a sales professional who leverages design expertise to close premium residential projects. Our projects range from $5,000 to over $1M+ , and we need a skilled closer who can translate high-end homeowner visions into signed contracts and long-term client trust. If you are a consultative salesperson who uses design (CAD/SketchUp) as your primary tool to communicate value and win high-ticket accounts, this opportunity is for you.
What You'll Own Drive Business Growth:
Convert company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities into high-value residential contracts.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct high-impact in-home consultations, identifying client needs, budget parameters, and key decision factors.
Value-Based Design:
Develop concepts, pricing, and designs (using CAD and SketchUp) specifically structured to demonstrate ROI, quality, and luxury value—not just technical drawings.
Deal Closing & Negotiation:
Confidently present proposals, overcome objections, and secure project commitments.
Account & Relationship Management:
Own the client experience from the initial pitch to contract execution, maintaining clear communication until project handoff to production.
Pipeline Management:
Track and manage sales activities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics to consistently hit or exceed revenue targets.
Who You Are A Proven Revenue Generator:
5+ years of success selling high-ticket residential landscape or design-build projects.
Sales-First, Design-Backed:
You view design tools (CAD/SketchUp) as powerful presentation assets to close deals rather than pure drafting work. Comfortable with
High Ticket Values:
Track record of managing and closing deals in the $10K-$250K+ range (and higher).
Expert Negotiator & Communicator:
Ability to present complex proposals with authority, articulate design ROI, and close business confidently.
Knowledgeable:
Solid understanding of hardscaping, outdoor construction methods, materials, and horticulture to accurately price and sell feasible projects.
Results-Driven:
Motivated by performance, high conversion rates, and uncapped commission structures. What We Offer $65,000 - $80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission . Health Insurance, dental and vision insurance.
